I agree to the terms described below.

I, the undersigned, agree to conform to and be bound by the Rules and Regulations of the Vinson Ridge from the date below. I understand that I am responsible for all members on the application and any guests that I bring. Tennis memberships require an initiation fee with application. I understand that I must maintain my membership for two quarters from the date below (6 mos). This commitment must be secured with a debit/credit card. If I resign from the club with a balance due, the club will continue to deduct my card for the agreed 6 mo period. Membership is continuous after the 6 mo unless Vinson Ridge is notified in writing. Refunds are given within one week of sign up. If a monthly member decides to add the pool onto the membership at the reduced rate the required monthly commitment increases to 12 mos.
